Radiologist

Richie graduated from the University of Western Australia’s Medical School in 2005. He started his radiology training locally in Western Australia in 2009, gaining experience in multiple teaching hospitals and was awarded the Fellowship of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Radiologists in 2014.

He has undertaken fellowships in paediatric radiology at Princess Margaret Hospital for Children (Perth, Western Australia), Diagnostic Neuroradiology at the Neurological Intervention and Imaging Service of Western Australia (NIISWA) and a further 2 year Neuroradiology fellowship in London, training at the National Hospital of Neurology and Neurosurgery, Queen Square, Great Ormond Street Hospital, Kings College Hospital and Guys and St Thomas’s Hospital NHS foundation Trust.

Following completion of his fellowship in London, he worked as a Neuroradiology Consultant at Guys and St Thomas’s Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. Richie returned to Perth in April 2018 where he joined Envision and also concurrently has become a Consultant Radiologist at Perth Children’s Hospital.

Richie’s interests are adult neuroradiology, paediatric neuroradiology and paediatric imaging.
